Ms. Rania Essam Mohamed Ezzat brings over 25 years of experience in financial markets and investments. She served as the Managing Director of Odin Capital Group for Financial Investments for 13 years, prior to its merger with Odin Investments.
Throughout her career, she has held board memberships in leading companies across financial, industrial, agricultural, and real estate sectors, including Alpha Financial Investments, Industrial & Engineering Projects Co., Lotus for Agricultural Investment, and Crestmark for Contracting & Real Estate Development.
She has played a key role in restructuring listed companies, preparing firms for listing on the Egyptian Exchange, and participating in major mergers and acquisitions in the local market.
Ms. Rania was also instrumental in establishing and managing various investment funds, most notably contributing to the launch of Egypt’s first real estate investment fund, now listed on the Egyptian Exchange, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors. Additionally, she participated in founding several investment funds and non-banking financial services companies.
