Mr. Ahmed Shehata is a distinguished financial and investment expert with over 34 years of experience in business and capital markets. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership positions in investment firms and portfolio management companies.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting Department from Alexandria University, with an overall grade of Very Good (1991), in addition to several professional certifications in investment, financial, and technical analysis.

He is currently the Managing Director of Alpha Financial Investments Management since October 2023. Previously, he held several key positions including Investment Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Head of Technical Analysis at various brokerage and investment management firms such as Shuaa Securities, Odin Investments, Egyptians Abroad Investment Company, and Al Nouran Securities.

Mr. Shehata has also served as both Chairman and Treasurer of the Egyptian Society of Technical Analysts, and was a member of the Investment Committee at the Egyptian Endowments Authority.

He has participated in the discussion of numerous Master’s and PhD theses at Egyptian universities and has made significant contributions to the development of technical analysis and fund management practices in the Egyptian market.
