Mr. Karim Hashem is one of the distinguished professionals in the field of investment banking, with extensive experience in capital markets, financial restructuring, and fund establishment.
Since joining Odin Investments in 2018, he has successfully led and executed numerous Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), being part of the team that provided full support to clients throughout their listing processes on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX). His contributions played a key role in the success of these transactions and in introducing exemplary listing models to the Egyptian market.

As a member of the Investment Banking (IB) team, he also provided advisory services and executed several complex restructuring transactions, helping companies realign their financial strategies and enhance shareholder value.

In addition to his transactional experience, Karim has played a pivotal role in the establishment of a diverse range of investment funds, including real estate investment funds, private equity funds, and other alternative investment vehicles.

He holds a Master’s degree in Investment Management (MSc) from Bayes Business School, United Kingdom, reflecting his strong academic foundation and commitment to professional excellence.
