He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Tanta University, providing him with a solid academic foundation in economics, investment, and financial management. Dr. El-Qasaby has held influential roles, including leading the “Support Egypt” parliamentary coalition and chairing committees focused on economic and social development. He has also participated in various Arab and international forums and councils concerned with economic cooperation and investment promotion. In addition, he has chaired and managed several organizations that have implemented impactful developmental and economic programs.
